Often when equity and responsiveness in philanthropy are discussed they are focused on grantmakers and funders. However, with philanthropy’s changing demographics in the Philadelphia Region, and with the growth of community advocacy and demand for social justice, nonprofit leaders need to learn how to elevate their own practices.
