Amanda Batten Foster is a native New Yorker passionate about the environment and social and environmental equity. In her role as the Vibrant Planet Relationship Manager for TD's Office of Community and Charitable Giving, Amanda brings to life TD's Ready Commitment Vibrant Planet driver of change through her work with municipalities and non-profits at the local level from Maine to Florida. Her work focuses on cleaning and greening our cities to create equitable access to urban green spaces for all, as well as philanthropic efforts to assist in and support the transition to a low-carbon economy. Before joining TD, Amanda worked in the non-profit sector in marketing and communications with the Rainforest Alliance.Amanda has an M.A. in Environmental Conservation Education from NYU, a certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Boston College and is currently working toward obtaining her M.B. A. from SUNY Empire State College. She is the treasurer for the associate board of New York Sun Works, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.
