Jaclyn Kramer is the Development Director at Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, an integral member of the management team who leads the organization’s efforts to raise critical funding for VLJ’s programs and services. Jaclyn has worked in development for 11 years. Prior to joining VLJ, she was a Development Manager at Covenant House International, where she was responsible for raising high-level gifts. Jaclyn has also worked for Human Rights First, New York Institute of Technology, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the West Point Association of Graduates. Her fundraising expertise includes relationship-building, research, event planning, stewardship, and graphic design. Jaclyn is a member of Covenant House New Jersey’s Young Professional Board, where she assists in service and fundraising events and with marketing, recruitment, and retention. Every year she leads a team at Sleep Out, a fundraising event benefiting CHNJ where participants sleep outside in solidarity with homeless youth. Jaclyn is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement. Jaclyn graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with concentrations in Public and Community Service and Black Studies.
